General Terms and Conditions of Sale

 Sale of original prints, reproductions and calendars


The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") is to inform any customer (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") purchasing an original print run or a reproduction or calendar, of the terms and conditions under which Axel Azni Photography (hereinafter referred to as "the photographer") sells and delivers the photographs and calendars, and to define the rights and obligations of each of the parties.

Only the specific conditions that may be set out in an estimate, and these GTC regulate the conditions of sale proposed by the photographer. They shall prevail over any contrary clauses and conditions that may appear on orders or other documents issued by the customer.



Any purchase of an original photograph or reproduction or calendar entrusted to Axel Azni Photography, whose SIRET number is 82336246200017, is subject to these GTC. Acceptance of the quote implies the client's full and unreserved acceptance of the GTC. No particular condition may, except in formal written form and signed by the client and the photographer, and appearing on the quotation which has become firm and definitive, prevail over these GTC. The photographer reserves the right to modify the content of these GTC at any time and without notice. The applicable GTCs are those in force on the date of purchase of the photograph(s), they are also sent with the quote by email to the customer before he makes his payment, which constitutes final acceptance and without reservation of the conditions mentioned.



These general conditions of sale apply to the sale of original prints or reproductions of Axel Azni Photography's photographs and calendars.



The amount of the original photographs or reproductions is expressed in euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable on this type of product.

The photograph(s) under the conditions previously agreed between the client and the photographer (original or reproduction, paper only or lamination, lamination or not...)

The amount does not include:

Shipping costs

Any insurance coverage

Rates are subject to change at any time. Only the price indicated on the website at the time of ordering is final.



Payment for the entire purchase is due as soon as the order is placed, and within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of order. This payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque.

Any delay in payment will give rise to the payment of a lump sum of 40 euros.



5.1 - Cancellation by the client:

For cancellations received before the printing of the photographs, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

For cancellations received after the printing of the photographs, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

5.2 - Cancellation by the photographer:

In the event of physical or material incapacity, the photographer reserves the right to cancel an order. Cancellation may then give rise to a refund of the amounts paid by the customer or the issue of a credit note, for an amount corresponding to the amount paid at the time of the order, valid for 12 months.

Any costs incurred by customers for the order (payment shipping costs: transfer, post office...) will not be reimbursed by the photographer.



The photographer undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that the exchange runs smoothly, from the order to the reception.

However, the photographer will not assume responsibility for services that he cannot control (service provider, transport, etc.). In no event shall the photographer be liable for any unforeseeable incidents or events external to himself, additional costs, material damage, loss, theft, delay and/or economic loss caused by third parties.



The photographer may not be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer due to any fortuitous event or force majeure such as any act emanating from a civil or military authority, de facto or de jure, strike, fire, flood, water damage, storm and lightning, accident, riot, attack, any event attributable to a third party, or any other circumstance having an external cause and preventing it, directly or through a third party, from fulfilling its commitments.



All the information provided by the customer during the order and payments remains confidential and the photographer undertakes to comply with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data and privacy. Consequently, the photographer undertakes not to transfer this information to third parties in any form or condition. It is recalled that the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.



If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid under any applicable law or court decision that has become final, it shall be deemed unwritten, without invalidating this contract or affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.



Any complaint from a customer must be made within three days of receipt of the order. The photographer's liability is limited to the value of the service he provided to the client.



Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, in the event of a dispute over the terms of this contract or non-execution, the parties shall confer jurisdiction on the Courts of Paris for the interpretation and execution of the contract and its consequences.
